Windstar Cruises Announces New Groups Programme

Windstar Cruises has announced a new groups programme that makes it easier than ever for travel agent partners to create bespoke promotions, earn a tour conductor credit and grow their business

Windstar Cruises has announced a new groups programme that makes it easier than ever for travel agent partners to create bespoke promotions, earn a tour conductor credit and grow their business. For a limited time, in addition to the tour conductor credit earned, agents receive a bonus commission after booking seven guests.

“We are committed to helping our partners grow their business by working with them to create bespoke promotions for their UK guests and thereby maximise their Windstar sales,” said Augustus Lonsdale, Head of Sales UK & Ireland at Windstar Cruises. “Regardless of whether a group is readymade or just a date for agents to focus their sales into, our group promotions are a fantastic way to create a unique proposition and show yourself as a Windstar expert. In addition to this new programme, we are mindful of the need to be flexible with terms and plans for each group. Our nimble team is here to help close sales.”

The group promotion is combinable with Windstar’s lowest available fare, PLUS a 10%  group saving. In addition, travel agents can offer their clients an exclusive $100 per guest onboard credit, as well as a complimentary cocktail party on board with drinks and hors d’oeuvres.

The offer is available now through 30th November 2023. Agents can select their group date by the deadline and then sell into it. See details on the Advisor Hub

*Note the offer is valid on new bookings only for select fares and are subject to availability. It is not combinable with any other programs, promotional fares, discounts, or shipboard credit offers. Guests must book 120 days prior to departure.

To discuss setting up a group promotion, agents should contact Augustus Lonsdale, Windstar’s Head of Sales, UK & Ireland at augustus.lonsdale@windstarcruises.com or call 0808 178 2233.
