Speaking after his win, Eamonn said:

“We were delighted to attend the prestigious 30th anniversary of the Northern Ireland Travel Awards at the beautiful Slieve Donard hotel last week. Thanks to the support of our Northern Ireland travel agent partners, we were honoured to take home the award of ‘cruise line of the year’. The award is a true reflection of all the hard work and commitment the NCL team puts in worldwide to provide the very best cruise experiences to our guests, and support to our great travel partners. I’d like to give special thanks to Gary Anslow, our Senior Sales Director for the UK and Ireland, and Aaron Fletcher, our Business Development Manager for Ireland, for their hard work supporting trade this year. At NCL, we are very excited to be delivering six new ships in our brand new Prima Class over the coming years. Starting this year with Norwegian Prima and following on next year with her sister ship Norwegian Viva, the Prima Class will continue to elevate our brand guest experience worldwide.

“And, on a personal note, thank you so much for the personal honour I received on the evening, as it was most unexpected but most appreciated. Northern Ireland, & Ireland as a whole, will always be my first home and first love.”
