To celebrate the incredible offers available during this winter’s peak season Wave campaign, the upscale ocean and river brands are introducing a new ‘Moments of Wonder’ incentive prize programme, which could bring a slice of luxury to a town near them.

Simply make a new river or ocean booking with Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours or Emerald Cruises between 3 January and 28 February 2023 and agents will be entered into a grand prize draw to win one of six fabulous ‘Moments of Wonder’ that showcase some of the amazing ‘Scenic Enrich’ and EmeraldPLUS experiences available to their clients when sailing.

Surprises include helicopter rides, private dining and cooking experiences at a five-star restaurant, A private vineyard tour, a luxury evening of wine and whisky tasting with an expert plus spa evenings to name a few. The events will be hosted by The Scenic Group sales managers across the UK.

And that’s not all. Scenic Group is also offering a brand-new E-bike (the latest Apollo Hybrid bike) to one lucky winner – perfect for anyone ready to saddle up and get fit in the New Year like they were on an EmeraldACTIVE excursion.

Scenic and Emerald Cruises director of trade sales Andrea Stafford said: “In the long, dark winter months travel agents are always at their busiest, so we thought it would be great to give them the chance to brighten things up with a fun competition.

“The Enrich excursions that we offer clients with Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours are part of what makes our holidays stand out from the crowd – each is something truly amazing with real ‘brag appeal’. To support the incentive along with the turn-of-year promotion, Scenic Group’s sales managers will also be hitting stores and call centres across the country and hosting their own little moments of wonder, be it a round of coffee and doughnuts for all, luxury goody bags or a nice team lunch.

Stafford said Scenic Group is committed to making booking as easy as possible during the Peak period. “We now have our biggest ever call centre team and will have dedicated turn-of-year phonelines so we can deal with incoming calls as quickly as possible. We also have two Agency Sales support team members to help with any questions agents have,” she added.

The ‘Moments of Wonder’ campaign and increased sales support come hot on the heels of Scenic Group’s recently announced training webinar programme, which is designed to attract new retailers and expand awareness of its luxury range of ocean and river cruises.
