Visit The Islands of Tahiti As Travel Restrictions Ease

The French Polynesia Government have announced their decision to relax the entry and health surveillance measures for travellers heading to French Polynesia

The French Polynesia Government have announced their decision to relax the entry and health surveillance measures for travellers heading to French Polynesia.

The announcement sees the removal of  the obligation to carry out an PCR test two days before the departure flight.  A obligation which was previously instated to help prevent the spread of the Omicron Variant.

Consequently, travellers to The Islands Of Tahiti must present a COVID 19 negative result of an antigen or RT-PCR test carried out less than 24 hours before their departure for French
Polynesia.

The test carried out on arrival at Tahiti airport remains in force for each traveller, however, there will be no additional cost.
