Malaysia and Brunei have been added to the UK’s green list of destinations exempt from the quarantine rules.
Arrivals from both countries will no longer have to self-isolate when they arrive in the UK.
Following rising rates of coronavirus infections in Andorra, the Bahamas and Belgium, all three countries were removed from the list on August 8, meaning arrivals from these countries must quarantine for two weeks.
