Travel Forms Gone By Easter Suggests Shapps

Reports have suggested that Grant Shapps, transport secretary is pushing for the UK's Passenger Locator Form to be scrapped

Reports have suggested that Grant Shapps, transport secretary is pushing for the UK’s Passenger Locator Form to be scrapped before the Easter Holidays.

Currently, all arrivals into the UK – regardless of residency status, must complete the form online 48 hours prior to their journey.

Following the removal of travel testing for vaccinated travellers heading to the UK, the passenger locator form became simplified for vaccinated travellers.

However, reportedly Grant Shapps is aiming for the long health tracking form to be scrapped at the beginning of April, with plans to simplify the form in the next coming weeks.
