Citysuites analysed the last decade of hours of sunshine recorded by weather stations across the UK, to find out where the UK gets the majority of its vitamin D during the darkest time of the year.

The data had some surprising results, highlighting that Northern Ireland clocked in the most rays, with 4365 hours of sunshine recorded in the last ten winters.
