Heads of state and other dignitaries travelling to the Queen’s funeral have been told they must fly commercial after the Foreign Office said London Heathrow won’t accommodate private jets.

Any private jets should fly into ‘less busy airports’ near London.

It was also announced that heads of state cannot travel over London by helicopter ‘due to the number of flights operating at this time.’

US President Joe Biden New Zealand’s Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern and French President Emmanuel Macron are expected to attend.
