NCL Announces ‘Peace of Mind’ Policy

Norwegian Cruise Line now offering travellers peace of mind with new 48-hour cancellation policy for sailings through to September 30, 2020

Norwegian Cruise Line is encouraging travellers to plan their next cruise holiday with its new Peace of Mind policy, offering guests who book voyages through to 30 September 2020 the opportunity to cancel up to 48 hours prior to the sail date and receive a 100% future cruise credit based on amount paid towards the booking for use on any sailings through to 31 December 2022.

This new offer applies to all new guests as well as those already booked on voyages beginning 10 March 2020.

“We understand travellers are thinking carefully about their next holiday, and we are here to reassure them that now is the right time to start planning,” said Harry Sommer, President and Chief Executive Officer of Norwegian Cruise Line, the innovator in global cruise travel.

“Taking time off is important. It allows us to reconnect with the ones that mean the most to us. As a matter of fact, this summer, I’m looking forward to cruising to Europe with my family and discovering the incredible destinations we will visit together. I encourage our guests to do the same and to feel confident in spending their valuable time off with us.”

Norwegian Cruise Line is recognised for providing guests with freedom and flexibility and a breadth of experiences across its 17-ship fleet, while calling to over 300 destinations around the world. Guests can plan as little or as much as they want, discovering the tropical islands of the Caribbean or Hawaii, exploring the natural wonders of Alaska or immersing themselves in the culturally rich itineraries of the Company’s new Extraordinary Journeys.
