Known for its honky tonk bars, outstanding cuisine and plenty of southern hospitality, it’s no surprise that a number of famous Nashvillians have opened their own restaurants, bars and shops in Music City.

Wear your Suit & Tie to Justin Timberlake’s, The Twelve Thirty Club

Boyband icon and pop superstar Justin Timberlake partnered with restaurateur Sam Fox to open The Twelve Thirty Club. Just steps away from Broadway, travellers will find this elevated supper club inspired by those of the 19th century. Timberlake’s spot on Upper Broadway is home to three venues under the same roof; a relaxed honky-tonk, an exclusive cocktail lounge, and a sophisticated restaurant, each with their own indulgent menus and live music.

Make sure you spent Last Night at Morgan Wallen’s This Bar and Tennessee Kitchen 

Tennessee native and one of country music’s biggest stars of the moment, Morgan Wallen, is set to open a one-of-a-kind six-story bar in 2024. This Bar and Tennessee Kitchen, named after a song on his Dangerous: The Double Album, will feature three live music stages, six bars and an open-air rooftop looking over Lower Broadway. A carefully curated menu will come from Chef Tomasz Wosiak, Vice President of Culinary Development for TC Restaurant Group and Wallen as they cook up Tennessee favourites and even some of Mama Wallen’s family recipes.

Go Wild shopping in Reese Witherspoon’s Draper James store

Reese Witherspoon can often be found on people’s living room television but following a trip to her store, Draper James, travellers to Nashville are sure to want her designs in every room of their house too. Opened in homage to her Southern heritage, Witherspoon’s store offers shoppers contemporary, yet timeless Southern style dresses and home furnishings similar to those the actress and producer saw in her grandparents’ home. Located in the 12 South neighbourhood, visitors to the store will find themselves on the same road as many Nashvillian-owned boutiques, coffee shops , restaurants and bars.

You’ll be Livin’ on a Prayer at Jon Bon Jovi’s Nashville

Rock and roll meets country music at Jon Bon Jovi’s Lower Broadway concept bar and restaurant, JBJ’s Nashville; opening this spring. On the corner of Broadway and Fourth Avenue, this five-story music, entertainment and dining complex will soon become a must visit destination for travellers. Jon Bon Jovi’s band recorded a number of legendary albums in Music City and will soon offer a space for the next generation of rock and roll stars.

Forget your 9 to 5 at the Dolly themed White Limozeen

While not owned by Dolly Parton herself, The Graduate Hotel’s rooftop bar is a must for all of the Jolene singer’s fans. Named in honour of Dolly Parton’s 1989 hit song and album, White Limozeen, the venue is dressed to impress like the star herself with head-to-toe in lavish pink furnishings, crystal chandeliers, fuchsia crushed velvet chairs and a larger-than-life pink Dolly Parton sculpture. Boasting a rooftop pool and breathtaking views over Music City, this quirky bar is not only a fantastic place to sip on cocktails, but it tells the narrative of a rags-to-riches story for those looking to channel their inner Dolly.
