COVID-19: WTM London will Go Ahead as Planned

WTM London trade show will go ahead as planned later this year after the event's venue ExCeL London was converted into a NHS Nightingale hospital to tackle the COVID-19 outbreak

ExCeL London, the venue for this years WTM, has been converted into a NHS field hospital in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. The WTM London 2020 is due to take place 2-4 November and organisers have confirmed that the event will be going ahead as planned.

Reed Travel Exhibitions said it was “exceptionally proud” of ExCeL London for its role in the battle against the spread of Covid-19 and in becoming the country’s first NHS Nightingale hospital.

Reed said: “Our team are working closely with ExCeL to ensure the health and safety of our exhibitors, visitors and partners at WTM London, providing a safe place to meet and like all of you, we are following the circumstances at the venue very closely.

“The WTM London team would like to take the opportunity to thank all of our exhibitors and partners who continue to be incredibly supportive of WTM London during these challenging times.”

Reed have advised that any important updates will go through their social media channels.

“We continue to constantly monitor the situation and follow the guidance from the UK government. We look forward to welcoming you at WTM London 2020. Stay safe and look after each other,” they added.
