The training programmes are user-friendly and designed to ensure agents are aware of all Avis and Budget products and services.
The training helps agents proactively maximise their car hire sales and fine tune their customer service skills, by ensuring customers book the most suitable car.
The training programme can be accessed across all devices, giving the flexibility to complete the training anywhere – on the daily commute, at home, waiting for an appointment – or wherever is most convenient.
As well as being entered into the prize draw, all agents successfully completing the training programme also receive a downloadable certificate. One lucky agent will win each month, with the next winner drawn at the end of February 2018.
