The Unforgettable Travel Group has strengthened its senior management team, bringing in Isabel Norman-Butler as head of product and Rebecca Gawley as head of PR.
Isabel previously held roles at Audley Travel with experience managing both the UK and American markets. Her newly created position is responsible for maintaining the high standard of product across Unforgettable Travel’s global portfolio of destinations. She will oversee all supplier relations, ensuring the specialist tour operator is at the forefront of hotel launches, product sourcing and destination expertise.
As part of the recruitment drive, Rebecca Gawley joins the business from one of the UK’s leading marketing communication agencies, specialising in luxury travel and lifestyle. Rebecca will oversee the full PR function for the Unforgettable Travel Group, including strategic direction and brand positioning, media relations and management of agencies in the UK and US.
Rebecca and Isabel will report into Graham Carter, chief commercial officer at Unforgettable Travel Group.
