The Unforgettable Travel Group has announced that Alexia Williams has been appointed as Product and Contracting Manager, responsible for managing land and cruise supplier relationships.
Her new role follows the recent recruitment of a dedicated Trade Partnership Manager, and is one of several appointments planned over the course of the next few months, reflecting the company’s commitment to strengthening trade relationships.
Alexia will help expand the business’s land and luxury small-ship cruise portfolio in Europe and across other worldwide destinations, with a particular focus on customer retention. She will have two direct reports, who manage the company’s Croatia and Greece product.
Alexia was previously product manager at Noble Caledonia for nine years. She will report to Luke Stapylton-Smith, Head of Product.
The Unforgettable Travel Group has grown to be a leading luxury travel company, with offices in London, New York, Split and Athens. In addition to Unforgettable Travel, it operates high-end small-ship voyages via its Unforgettable Croatia and Unforgettable Greece brands.
Their current cruise programme offers over 130 guaranteed departures across Europe this year, taking in countries including Croatia, Greece and Italy.
