This year, the Big Travel Trade Event will rival the past 11 years as we have some AMAZING events lined up over the 2 days!
Taking place on Tuesday 7th & Wednesday 8th June at the Hilton Hotel Templepatrick, the schedule is the busiest it has ever been. The Big Event will kick off on the 7th June with Speed Networking from 9.30am – 1pm in the Marquee. Join 20 different travel suppliers for a morning of face to face engagement in a speed dating style format. The suppliers have lots to say with brand new updates. For those that register for Speed Networking, you get to enjoy a delicious Morning Tea with Davidson Sanderson from Oceania Cruises. Relax and grab a cuppa with David while he updates you on everything new with Oceania Cruises.
Travel Solutions join us for the 2nd year in sponsoring the Agent Lunch day 1, following on from the Speed Networking. Peter, Julie and the team have an incredible themed lunch organised for you all, more details on this are to be reveled VERY SOON!
The Trade Exhibition will take place on Day 1 from 2pm – 6pm in the Castle Upton Suite. We have 50+ TOP Travel Suppliers from Hotel chains, Cruise Lines, Tourist Boards, Airlines, Holiday providers and many more waiting to meet you and discuss their products/services. During the exhibition, refreshments are courtesy of Aer Lingus and Belfast City Airport. Liza and Ellie would love for you to join then for a coffee and chat!
After a productive day of engaging and connecting with travel suppliers, Agents are welcomed by British Airways for a Gin cocktail to kickstart the evening. Tara Magee from British Airways will host evening drinks from 5.30pm in the Bar. Why not join her for a refreshing Gin Zing – a cockatil sampled from the British Airways drinks menu.
Keep the drinks flowing with the Spanish Tourism Board and Andalucía… Night 1 will see The Marquee Transformed into a Spanish Inspired restaurant with a themed 3 course meal and complimenting drinks offering. The team from the Spanish TB and Andalucía want to say Thank You for the support and resilience you have shown over a very difficult couple of years. With Spanish Themed entertainment on the cards, a fabulous prize up for grabs and delicious food… this is not one to miss!
To finish the evening, Travel News want you to all bring your dancing shoes, we have a guest entertainer that you might recognize form the Belfast Music Scene…
Day 2 will start right with Palladium Hotel Group’s ‘Unexpected Breakfast’. Taking place in the Dormy Restaurant at 9.15am(previously Lylehill), Joanne, Nacho and Lena are taking you on a trip to 3 different hotels in Palladiums impressive portfolio. Sample a breakfast offering from each hotel while winning 1 of the 3 fam trip spaces up for Grabs!!
The Golfers will hit the course Day 2 and take part in the Gran Canaria Golf Classic, Katerina will host the participants for breakfast, provide refreshments through the day and finish by giving away AMAZING prizes to the lucky winners.

Over the 2 days, American Airlines will host meetings in the ‘American Airlines Lounge’, the team have coffee and treats for you, nip to the Lobby to say hello and discover all things AA.
Silversea Cruises are brining the sophistication and class we all love to enjoy with The Silversea Cruises Agent Lunch, taking place in the Dormy Restaurant at 2pm, Amanda Middler will update you on what is new for Silversea while you enjoy a fabulous 2 course meal.
