The Advantage Travel Partnership CEO Issues Comment Ahead of Easter Travel Disruption

Julia Lo Bue-Said, CEO of The Advantage Travel Partnership, has issued a statement ahead of travelling over the Easter holidays

Julia Lo Bue-Said, CEO of The Advantage Travel Partnership, has issued a statement ahead of travelling over the Easter holidays and with engineering works planned on the West Coast Main Line.

Julia Lo Bue-Said, CEO of The Advantage Travel Partnership, said: “‘With millions set to be travelling over the busy Easter weekend, the anticipated engineering works to one of the UK’s major rail networks is likely to cause significant disruption to planned journeys. We would therefore advise all travellers to prepare as much as possible for longer wait times and to check their routes in advance. If you are travelling abroad, ensure you have provided enough time in order to reach the airport or port prior to departure and check the relevant websites for the latest information on any potentially affected journeys. If you have booked through a travel agent, we would recommend getting in contact with them as they will have the most up to date advice and information for your travel. We’re hoping that the majority will not experience delays and that unnecessary disruption for travellers is avoided.”
