Stuba Upgrades Transfers Booking Module

Accommodation specialist, Stuba, has announced improvements to its transfers booking module

Accommodation specialist, Stuba, has announced improvements to its transfers booking module which has recently gone live.

As with the previous system, agents will still need to make a hotel booking to make a transfer booking on the module. However, several improvements have been made to the system following feedback from agents over the past few years to improve the user experience as well as the product available for sale.

Chief Commercial Officer, Matt Stuart, said: “We have been conscious that our transfers module required some modification and improvements, so it was well overdue an upgrade. We’re delighted that we now have a much more agile system, with an intuitive, modern interface. The improvements will undoubtedly benefit agents, offering a much wider choice of transfers and options available to them. The trade is our priority, so whenever we get useful feedback as to how we can make their booking process more efficient, we will always endeavour to do so.”

The biggest improvement to the system is the ability for agents to book point to point transfers giving them an unlimited combination of transfer routes. An expanded range of product is available across 7,500 destinations, as well as an enhanced vehicle range and the new interface now enables the user to select the transfer from a choice of ground providers from a wide range available. Also, for select transfer providers and routes, agents have the option to add additional luggage, child seats, and sports equipment during the booking process.

The service also offers a flexible cancellation policy across all routes; transfers can be cancelled 4 days prior to the start time without charges or admin fees.

All transfer bookings are instantly confirmed and automatically added to the Stuba hotel itinerary. Stuba remains on-hand for agents for any queries relating to the improved transfers module.
