Exciting new features include the innovative ‘Member of the Month’ competition!
This new initiative will enable agents to acknowledge a co-worker’s personal achievements by telling us why they’re extraordinary, giving them the chance to win a place on our VIP Seminar at Sea.
This prize includes a sailing onboard Navigator of the Seas including a stop at Perfect Day at CocoCay as well as lots of other exciting treats… plus spending money!
There will also be three runners up each month who will win:
- 1st runner up – £100 / €111 experience voucher
- 2nd runner up – Club Rewards branded prosecco
- 3rd Runner up – £10 / €11 on MasterCard
Nominations can be submitted on the website between the 1st – 20th of every month and winners will be announced on the RCI celebration page with a photo and the reason for their win.
Accompanying these exciting enhancements, Royal Caribbean has taken onboard feedback from travel agents across the UK and Ireland in order to make their experience using the platform more user friendly.
User experience has been improved throughout the website, with a refreshed look and feel, including the introduction of website banners, simplified icons, new impactful colours and fonts and upcoming interactive games.
Based on feedback from travel agents, the most used areas of the site, ‘Make a Booking’ and ‘Club Rewards’, are now easier to access and navigate, meaning agents will now have an even more enjoyable experience when using My Club Royal.
