Royal Caribbean Joins Forces with Everywoman

Royal Caribbean have announced that they are joining forces with Everywoman to enhance their RCL Cares agent initiative

Following the successful launch of its online agent hub, ‘RCL Cares‘ last month, Royal Caribbean Cruises Limited (Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Azamara and Silversea Cruises) has enhanced its offering for the industry even further, providing access to valuable and relevant resources from respected partner, everywoman.

Supporting UK and Ireland travel partners, RCL Cares now features an array of captivating content from everywoman, including inspirational webinars, informative features and articles, videos and podcasts, advice and guidance from experts as well as access to homeworking hubs and virtual coffee breaks.

The first wave of content focuses on leadership, particularly set against the backdrop of the coronavirus pandemic, featuring commentary and viewpoint articles from former Barclaycard Managing Director, Sandra Moise, and Heathrow Airport Director, Helen Elsby. Future-thinking of a post Covid-19 world is also shared by experts from the fields of research, technology and psychology.

As part of RCL’s long-standing commitment to everywoman, this exciting resource has been made available free of charge to travel partners and will continue to be updated with new content every month, through the RCL Cares initiative.

Ben Bouldin, Vice President EMEA, RCL comments: “Trade partner feedback on RCL Cares has been fantastic. I’m proud to be able to continue to build on this resource and support our invaluable trade agents further through partnerships such as this, with everywoman. It’s astonishing what can be accomplished when we come together in support of one another and the empowering resources available through everywoman reflect just that: we are stronger when we work together.”

Jo Rzymowska, Vice President & Managing Director EMEA, Celebrity Cruises adds: “Everywoman has been a key part of RCL’s diversity and inclusion programme for a number of years, supporting our employees in the UK & Ireland. Strengthening our relationship through RCL Cares will now serve to help our extended RCL family, our valued travel partners, as we all find our way through these extraordinary times.”

Karen Gill MBE, Co-Founder, everywoman says: “The everywoman community of over 30,000 members has benefited from an extensive range of resources for many years. Now, through the RCL Cares initiative, we are thrilled to be able to share this more widely to support the travel industry at this critical time. The content features commentary and insight from some of this country’s best thinkers and experienced leaders – delivered by women, relevant for all.”
