Any travel agents attending the speed networking are reminded to be there promptly – the first session starts at 9.30am on Tuesday June 12 – followed by ‘Morning Tea with Irish Ferries’ and Session Two kicking off at 11.45am.
All Travel agents attending the speed networking are then invited to attend an exclusive Visit USA hosted lunch in the Grand Marquee.

If you plan to get the Party buses – these have now been increased in size with two buses stopping in Belfast – so if you need a lift to the Hilton hotel and home again please just get in touch – secure your place by using the registration link or emailing paula@nitravelnews.com.
Pick up points include: Dungannon, Portadown, Lurgan, Newry, Banbridge, Lisburn and Belfast.
The highly anticipated Jet2holidays got talent – will kick off with drinks on the stands first – at 5.30pm on Day One – and Agents are in for a treat with live performance and judging by Sinitta.
If you have been lucky enough to get an invitation to the WTC/Etihad Breakfast Forum with Google and Loudmouth Media – then you are reminded to be there no later than 9am on Wednesday June 13 (Day Two of The BIG Event).
Golfers are asked to be at The Grand Marquee no later than 9.15am on Wednesday June 13 – where the 20th anniversary Golf classic will kick off with a Gran Canaria Golf Breakfast.
The Royal Caribbean Lunch will kick off at the usual time of 2pm on Day Two – Adult Game Show ‘The Quest’ is coming to the big event and all agents are in for a treat! Cuisine from the Royal Caribbean ship will be served.
The Chill Out Zone – sponsored this year by American Airlines and British Airways will run from 1pm to 5.30pm and all agents are welcomed to drop in throughout the day. With Live local Music from Cliona Hagan, Nashville themed Photobooth and US themed canapes with Fevertree Refreshments.
The Blue Insurance Alternative Awards are back and plan to be funnier than ever – the gala dinner will kick off with Pre-dinner drinks sponsored by Amadeus 7pm – Dress code is Cocktail dress/lounge suit (not black tie) – and after dinner entertainment will be the amazing SoulTown Groove.
