The promise comprises three guarantees that have been pledged by the UK and Ireland business, including its sales, guest services and contact centre teams.
The promise, which was developed alongside Princess’ key strategic partners, states the line will:
Be easy to do business with
This includes being on hand for agents seven days a week via Princess’ UK-based call centre. The line also offers an online chat facility, while every member of its sales team has experienced the Princess Cruises product first hand.
Reward its partners
With five new ships on order, at a capacity of nearly 20,000 guests, Princess is the fastest growing premium cruise line in the world and is vowing to deliver profitable growth for its partners. The line’s commission structure is designed to reward agents for growing their Princess Cruises’ business while a number of additional incentives are in place for making bookings including free sailings, monetary rewards, gifts and experience days.
Provide agents with brand knowledge
Princess Cruises will this year offer trade visits to 18 UK and Ireland ports, its highest number yet, with more agents than ever before getting to experience the brand. Meanwhile the line’s award-winning online training system, The Princess Academy, allows agents to learn at their own pace and earn the opportunity to experience a cruise.
