How long you been with them: over 20 years now and hopefully be there for another 20 ( I think Murphy may be my middle name).
First ever job: shop assistant in a local garage. Quit with great pleasure on the same day Terry Murphy offered me a job.
Best holiday: Orlando – just so much to see & do. I’m a big kid at heart so love the theme parks & water parks.
Favourite city hotspot: Palma, Majorca
City Break OR Sunshine: sunshine all the way. I’m sure I was destined to live in a hot country.
Window or aisle airplane seat: window all the time. I love to see where we are flying into plus I dont have to move all my drinks off my tray for someone to get out(I like to stay hydrated).
Favourite airport: Dubai – I could do a Tom Hanks and live in it, ideally in the business lounges though.
Dream / Ideal travel buddy: I’d have to pick a trio here. Gordon, Gino & Fred – their series on TV of road trip adventures was hilarious, plus they would keep you well fed
Somewhere you want to go that you haven’t been to: Canada. Though only in the warmer months, I am not one for cold weather
Favourite holiday drink: Gin & lemon fanta but to be fair I’m usually not picky. Usually make my way through the whole cocktail list.
Favourite holiday food: Steak!! No matter where we go, I always love to find a good steakhouse.
1 x travel tip: use some Lenor(or similar brand) tumble dryer sheets when packing your suitcase to keep your clothes smelling fresh.
Proudest moment in travel: I have 2 – Terra Travel winning N.I Travel Agent of the Year in 2018 and more recently when I won N.I Travel Consultant of the Year 2019.
