New Executive Head Chef for Europa Hotel

Hastings Hotels has appointed a new Executive Head Chef for the Europa Hotel

Kyle Greer has over 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in London, Dublin and Belfast.

He has previously worked in No27 Talbot street, Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud and Balloo Inns properties.

Kyle is responsible for leading the hotel’s culinary teams, developing and creating menus with local provenance for each of the hotels eateries – the Lobby Bar, the Causerie, Piano Lounge and Grand ballroom.
