Mapas Restaurant at Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel has won the 'Best Place to Eat in the County – Fine Dining' Award at this year's prestigious DLR County Business Awards which took place in the hotel earlier this month

The ‘Best Place to Eat in the County’ Award is designed to celebrate eating outlets who can demonstrate their excellence in the provision of quality food and drink and is judged by mystery diners who visit each of the shortlisted businesses to sample their unique customer experience.

Particular attention is given to how the staff interact with customers and enhance their experience, the venue’s commitment to flavour and quality of food as well as excellence in food service so all the team at Mapas Restaurant were delighted to be selected as this year’s Award winner.
