‘Lunch & Learn’ with the Harbor Club, Curio Collection by Hilton

Dedicated agent training sessions provide product updates and key selling tips

The Harbor Club, Curio Collection by Hilton, Saint Lucia is inviting agents to update their product knowledge with dedicated ‘Lunch & Learn’ training sessions from its UK based sales team at Silva Lining. Arming agents with the details of current offers, discounts, and incentives; updating them with valuable product information; and providing handy selling tips, these sessions will be key to ensuring agents can confidently and successfully sell the Harbor Club.

These 30-minute online training sessions have been designed to update UK agents on the latest developments at the Harbor Club. Attendees will receive a full training session, which has been designed to offer insights and tips on how best to sell to specific target audiences, as well as offering important scene setting pointers for the wider island. These sessions are perfect for small groups of agents and can be conveniently scheduled to coincide with individual lunch hours or even an afternoon break or can be scheduled on-site in person if you like.

Agents can set up a personalised session now by emailing Suzy Trott on suzy@silvalining.org with suggested dates and timings, plus the number of agents joining. Homeworkers and those agents in more remote settings can also take advantage of these online or in-person sessions.
