Kerry Takes New Role in Gold Medal and Travel 2

Kerry Gallagher has been promoted to the newly-created position of Marketing Director for Gold Medal and Travel 2  

In her new role, she will be responsible for all business-to-business activity across both operators, including the luxury brands PURE LUXURY and Simply Luxury by Travel 2, and specialist brand Cruise Plus by Travel 2 – with the marketing and partnerships teams from all brands reporting directly into her.

Kerry, who joined Gold Medal as marketing manager in May 2014, brings 15 years’ experience of developing customer-focused campaigns. Over the last five years she has been instrumental in positioning the award-winning tour operator as one of the industry’s most respected travel brands, known for its loyal agent partners.

She will report directly to Managing Director, Lisa McAuley and starts her new role on April 1, 2019 dividing her time between Travel 2’s headquarters in Glasgow and Gold Medal’s in Preston.
