Jet2holidays reveals heavyweight campaign to support independent travel agents this peak booking season

UK’s largest tour operator announces Prepare2Peak, its ‘biggest and best ever’ campaign for Peaks, to help partners capitalise on demand for Jet2holidays’ biggest ever on-sale capacity

Jet2holidays has announced details of its brand-new heavyweight ‘Prepare2Peak’ campaign, which has been developed with independent travel agents and homeworkers so that they have the knowledge, tools and incentive to drive more footfall, enquiries and sales during the peak booking period.

At the heart of the campaign, which launches today, is a brand-new offer targeted at independent travel agents and homeworkers meaning that they can offer customers £60 per person off ALL Jet2holidays booked through the trade, which is an extra £10 off when compared to the standard offer for direct customers.

The UK’s largest tour operator has an unrivalled programme on sale, with millions of seats and thousands of hotels available across a huge range of destinations across Europe, the Mediterranean and Canary Islands. This is Jet2holidays’ biggest ever on sale capacity and these offers apply to all holidays booked via an independent travel agent or homeworker with Jet2holidaysJet2CityBreaks, VIBE by Jet2holidays, Indulgent Escapes and Jet2Villas. Whether it’s this Winter, Summer 24, Winter 24/25 or Summer 25, there are great deals to be had and it means that couples can save £120 and a family of four can enjoy £240 off a getaway. On top of this, Jet2holidays has millions of Free Child Place holidays available too.

Jet2holidays has continually invested in its Partner2Success approach, making sure partners have all the marketing collateral they need to entice customers and drive sales. This will be upweighted during the peak booking season, with a heavyweight campaign including new bespoke materials for partners to use online, social and via email. Brand-new point-of-sale will also be distributed to key partners, with Jet2holidays’ expanded trade team of 20 available to support partners, including increased field sales visits and detailed sales analysis provided to help identify sales opportunities.

In response to feedback from partners, the tour operator has also launched a range of new-look brochures in time for peaks. The January 2024 edition includes new Sun & Beach, Luxury, and City Breaks brochures and are available to order from the trade website.

Jet2holidays will also run a bespoke competition starting on 1st January 2024, giving independent travel agency and homeworker partners the chance to win one of 100 places on a Destination Discovery with Jet2holidays.

To be in with a chance of winning one of the 100 spots available, all partners need to do is make a Jet2holidays booking between 1st January and 29th February 2024. With sales data showing that attending trips to specific destinations results in a significant improvement in sales to that destination, Jet2holidays recently developed its programme of overseas trips and rebranded them ‘Destination Discoveries’, a move that has enjoyed tremendous feedback from partners.

As well as ensuring partners have everything they need to increase sales, Jet2holidays will continue to drive customers to independent travel agents by continuing to put them at the heart of its multi-million pound advertising campaign, including TV advertising and on flights.

The news comes as Jet2holidays today also celebrates being named the top company in Which?’s survey of All-Inclusive holiday Providers, as well as being recognised as a prestigious Which? Recommended Provider in no fewer than five categories (Beach and Resort Holiday ProvidersAll Inclusive Holiday Providers, Family Holiday Providers, Solo Holiday Providers and City Break Providers).

Today’s announcement means that Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are recognised as a Which? Recommended Provider in every single category it is possible for them to be included in – seven categories in total: Beach and Resort Holiday ProvidersAll Inclusive Holiday Providers, Family Holiday Providers, Solo Holiday Providers, City Breaks (Jet2CityBreaks), Villas and Holiday Lets Abroad (Jet2Villas) and Airlines (Jet2.com).
