Jet2holidays has revealed that the theme of its ninth annual VIP conference for independent travel agents will be ‘Fight-or-Flight’, with the UK’s largest tour operator promising to give delegates more tools than ever to react to challenges and grow their businesses.
Up to 350 delegates and top performing agents will head to the tour operator’s biggest ever conference, which will take place from Monday 27th to Thursday 30th November 2023 at the Voyage Belek Golf & Spa in Türkiye.
The event draws on nine years of conference experience, with a programme that has once again been specifically tailored for independent travel agents so that they can capitalise on the demand for Jet2holidays packages and grow their businesses.
A packed agenda of presentations and Q&A sessions will equip independent travel agents with everything they need to respond to, and overcome, threats or challenges. Speakers include Jet2holidays CEO Steve Heapy and Director of Travel Agent Relationships Alan Cross, as well as a celebrity guest speaker, Nicola Adams, who created history at the 2012 London Olympic Games when she became the first female to win an Olympic boxing medal after winning Gold for the Flyweight category. Not only is she one of the leading female boxers in the world, but Nicola’s work outside the boxing ring is what makes her a truly remarkable figure within the sporting world.
This year’s conference will include a session revealing a number of exciting updates, launches and announcements. There will also be supplier showcases, awards, a gala dinner, as well as a boxing bootcamp hosted by Nicola Adams! This year will also see the introduction of a brand-new conference item – the Jet2holidays challenge which will see the Jet2holidays Trade Team go up against agents! As usual, there will also be giveaways and prizes too, including business support and thousands of pounds of marketing spend.
Hosting its biggest ever conference for independent travel agents once again demonstrates Jet2holidays’ commitment to investing in its Partners2Success strategy. It follows a number of recent announcements such as the company’s ‘Appoint an Apprentice’ campaign which has already enjoyed a fantastic response from independent travel agents since launching just last week.
Choosing Türkiye represents the first time that Jet2holidays has returned to a particular destination for its annual VIP conference for independent travel agents. The UK’s largest tour operator has chosen to host its conference there once again, as a demonstration of its commitment to the country, and so that independent travel agents can experience all it has to offer customers.

Delegates will be flown to and from Türkiye on chartered Jet2.com flights from Birmingham and Glasgow Airports.
