Jet2holidays Launches Competition to Help Independent Travel Agents Become E-Shot Hotshots

Jet2holidays competition gives agency partners the opportunity to become an E-Shot Hotshot and win one of six fantastic prizes

Jet2holidays is continuing to support independent travel agents through the launch of a brand-new competition, which will equip agency partners with the tools to use E-shots to communicate with customers effectively, as well as giving them the chance of winning one of six fantastic prizes.

The E-Shot Hotshot competition is designed to help agents build and maintain relationships with customers, grow brand awareness, capture data and showcase their offering. This is the latest in a number of bespoke initiatives for independent travel agents run by the UK’s leading tour operator to destinations across the Mediterranean and Canary Islands.

Running from the 16th August – 12th September, all agents need to do to be in with a chance of winning is sign up traderelations@jet2holidays.com to their database. They can then learn about the importance of E-shots as an effective marketing tool through an E-Shot Hotshot booklet, which Jet2holidays has created specifically for them.

The booklet includes detailed advice and guidance on how agency partners can use E-shots to reach more customers. It gives agents the chance to become experts in areas such as growing a database, creating QR codes, creating inspiring content, adding sign up forms to social media and building a brilliant E-shot, as well as many more tips.

After equipping themselves with the knowledge, agents can put their new understanding into practice by sending E-shots to their database of customers using inspiring Jet2holidays content, which will be provided weekly via email and uploaded via the tour operator’s media library. Each E-shot that an agency partner sends will be one entry into a prize draw, meaning the more E-shots sent the greater the chance of them winning one of the prizes.

The six competition prizes that winning agents can choose from include: a radio advert, shop signage, agency website, paid social media campaign, outdoor advertising or a Jet2holidays office refit. With two prizes up for grabs each week, it means there will be eight winners in total and plenty of opportunity for agency partners to be selected as one of the lucky winners.

With E-shots being a hugely influential tool for reaching and winning new customers, creating brand awareness, growing sales, and increasing revenue, Jet2holidays is using its Partners2Success approach to help agents becomes experts in this important field.

This competition comes on the back of a number of successful joint activities that Jet2holidays has run with agents on social media. These include #BoostMySocial, Celebrity Come Book with Me and its Virtual Partners2Success programme, which has seen Jet2holidays run virtual training sessions and destination showcases for independent travel agents to benefit from.
