Jamaica Tourist Board Launches Easter Egg Competition for Agents

The Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB) is egg-cited for Easter 2021, and to celebrate, has launched a digital Easter Egg hunt

The Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB) is egg-cited for Easter 2021, and to celebrate, has launched a digital Easter Egg hunt, called ‘Eggscape to Jamaica’ for lucky travel agents to win one of ten personalised Easter Eggs.

To take part, all agents have to do is visit the Eggscape to Jamaica page and click onto the daily egg that will appear on the map, which will reveal a number of scenes from Jamaica. Using the online form, participants must name the hidden location in Jamaica as well as the grid square location, for example, A5 and then submit their entry.

The competition will run on weekdays for a total of ten days between 15 – 25 March 2021. The agents with the most correct answers at the end of the ten day period will be entered into a prize draw which will be held live on Facebook on Friday 26th March 2021.

The competition is open to travel agents based in the UK, who are registered on the Jamaica Rewards programme. For agents who are not yet registered, they can do so by visiting jamaicarewards.co.uk.

To ensure travel agent partners are kept up to date with the latest product and information from Jamaica, the JTB will also be hosting an ‘Easter Traditions in JAMAICA’ webinar on 31 March 2021 at 3.30pm. Agents can register for this webinar here.

Jamaica Tourist Board hosts Escape to Jamaica Pub Quiz

The Jamaica Tourist Board’s UK team is also continuing to engage and educate its travel agent partners through a series of interactive, virtual events.

Do you know your ackee from your soursop? Your ska from your rocksteady? Your Island Gully from Dunn’s River?

If so, join the JTB on 17 March 2021 at 3.30pm, for the Escape to Jamaica Pub Quiz, where agents have the chance to win prizes, including spaces of FAM trips, cash prizes, goody bags and more.

Agents can register for the Escape to Jamaica Quiz here.
