InteleTravel has announced the launch of a new Customer Service Academy at ITQ 2026, with a presentation delivered to 500 advisors, partners and industry leaders in Krakow, Poland.
The Customer Service Excellence Academy will give advisors access to a six-month intensive live and virtual teaching programme including guest speakers, monthly tasks, self-study, coaching clinics and toolkits, all designed to equip advisors with the skillset to provide the highest standards of personalised customer service for their clients.
The programme will take advisors through the customer expectation journey, giving them mastery in communication and relationship building.
Throughout the six-month course, InteleTravel advisors will be assessed along the way before completing a final exam. Those who successfully complete the programme and assessment will receive the international recognition by CPD, alongside the Inteleravel Customer Service Excellence badge and recognition certificate.
Speaking following the presentation in Krakow, Tricia Handley-Hughes, Managing Director for the UK, Ireland and UAE at InteleTravel said:
“This bespoke, exclusive programme for InteleTravel will focus on the psychology of trust and the skills and path to building a successful work-from-home travel business. Improving client loyalty and reassurance alongside personal development are key factors that will improve performance, income and longevity.
