Over £25,000 has been raised for the Hays Travel Foundation, which was set up following the passing of John Hays to help children achieve their potential.
So far, almost 2,000 people have donated, raising £25,300.
the Foundation was set up to help young people achieve their potential in a wide variety of settings, from health and sport to arts and education.
Several major travel firms have contributed to the effort, including Holiday Extras, Holidaysplease, Celebrity Cruises, NCL, Traveltek, Dawson and Sanderson, Loveholidays and Designer Travel.
