Hays Travel employees are reaping the rewards of their hard work after the company boosted its bonus scheme for sales staff.

The UK’s largest independent travel agent has boosted its bonus scheme by a multiple of 20 since the beginning of May. 

One branch that has really seen the benefit of this change is Hays Travel Teesside Park where the team has earned a total of £21,000 in bonuses since the start of May.   

Libby Gray, Branch Manager said:

“We always go the extra mile for our customers to ensure they leave the store with the perfect holiday., however having this increased bonus has certainly motivated us even further. 

“It has meant so much to the team that they can put extra money away for Christmas to start their shopping early. It’s not all sensible saving though – we are also planning a night out at the end of the month to celebrate.”

The new bonus scheme means individual bonuses are paid monthly and team bonuses are now paid bi-monthly instead of annually, and are available to all sales staff, from apprentices to branch managers.
