Hays Travel have acquired Tailor Made Travel after it went into administration at 4pm in Thursday, with Deloitte appointed as administrator.
Hays Travel had been contacted and made an expressed an interest in the company.
Hays will take over all 20 Tailor Made Travel shops as well as retaining around 100 employees. The deal was agreed late on Friday afternoon.
