At the 31st Annual Northern Ireland Travel and Tourism Awards, Downe Travel picked up the award for Travel Agent of the Year.
Travel Agent of the Year is voted for by the public, considering the customer service offered, destination and product knowledge, product choice, alongside value for money.
Director of Downe Travel, Paul Gallagher highlighted, “We are absolutely thrilled to win this award and I could not be prouder of my team. We are very grateful to our customers who voted for us and we are overwhelmed by the many congratulations and gifts that we have already received.
Paul further added that, “I am so delighted for my staff to receive the recognition they deserve and winning this award is a great motivation for all us at Downe Travel. We will be celebrating this one for a while.”
