Brenda Morgan of British Airways has provided a statement regarding the temporary suspension of the Belfast City – Heathrow route.

Hi Everyone
I’m aware of some social media and coverage regarding our Belfast London Heathrow service.
I would like to reassure you that we have only temporary suspended our BHDLHR for a few weeks – this is due to a review of our short haul network across various markets due to the COVID-19 situation. The Belfast London Heathrow route is a very important route to BA and also to the NI Economy and we look forward to flying the route again as soon as possible once the market returns
