Chris Oakes has joined Technomine Travel Solutions part of the Technomine Group as partner and Sales Director.
Oakes, who has over 30 years of experience in the travel industry and has held senior roles in Hays Travel, Holidaytaxis, Cosmos Holidays and Faremine, said he was delighted to be joining the team and heading up the UK organisation at this pivotal time.
Set up ten years ago by Kunal and Viral Naik, Technomine has offices across North America, UAE, India and the UK. With a background in business resources, financial solutions, customer support solutions as well as travel, TTS will be focusing on supporting the travel industry moving forward.
Commenting on the business, Oakes stated: “Our main aim is to support our travel colleagues to rebuild their businesses and focus on their core strengths. They may have had to, unfortunately, make staff redundant, cut back and downsize, we are positioning ourselves to work in partnership with the industry to support their transition into a new era of trading. The travel industry has always been resilient. By offering our services, we can help them to become more flexible and agile.”
TTS will build on their previous global success and experience to offer bespoke solutions to each individual business, whether it’s Customer Service, Sales Support, OOH solutions, Call Overflow, Webchat, Messaging Services, Financial Payment Solutions or HMRC returns amongst others.
