Celestyal Cruises has expanded its UK & Ireland sales team with the appointment of Emma Paxton in the brand new position of Business Development Manager for Northern England, Scotland and Ireland.
With over 30 years’ experience within the travel industry, Paxton previously spent five years with Royal Caribbean, initially as Regional Sales Manager and then as Sales and Brand Trainer. Prior to that she was Head of Retail at SeaWorld Parks & Resorts, Sales Manager at Universal Parks & Resorts, Team Manager and a holiday rep in Ibiza for TUI and a travel agent in Glasgow working in both the leisure and business sectors.
Paxton will work alongside Jo Reid, UK & Ireland Country Manager, Penny Moschidou, Commercial Assistant, and Rebecca Witte, Marketing Executive for Western and Northern Europe, and will report to Jo Reid. Her remit is to develop these key regions through identifying and converting opportunities for new business within existing accounts as well as developing new distribution channels.
