Celestyal Cruises Announces Partnership with Searchlight Capital

Celestyal Cruises and Louis Plc have announced a definitive strategic investment agreement with Searchlight Capital Partners

The award winning choice for cruise travellers to the Greek Islands and Eastern Mediterranean, Celestyal Cruises and it’s parent company Louis plc, a Cyprus-based tourism organisation have announced a definitive strategic investment agreement in partnership with Searchlight Capital Partners, a leading global private investment firm.

Searchlight will make an investment into a new holding company, Celestyal Holdings. This partnership will enable Celestyal Cruises to amplify its brand, build upon it’s successful to-date and expand it’s operational footprint. In the meantime, Celestyal Cruises will continue operations of its two ship fleet from its headquarters in Piraeus, Greece under its current global management team.
