Celebrity Cruises has unveiled an all-new enhanced Rewards programme, giving agents the chance to redeem points on either a luxury gift for themselves or their clients. The launch follows feedback from travel partners of the desire to treat their clients on holiday and marks a first-of-its-kind initiative in the cruise industry.
Designed as an extension of the ‘everything and more taken care of’ feeling of a Celebrity Cruises holiday, the special gifts mean guests feel treated as soon as they step onboard, helping to enrich agent relationships with their clients and the brand.
This enhanced Celebrity Rewards programme kicks off from today (Monday 6th September), giving agents the option to redeem their Rewards Points on a range of thoughtful gifts – from perfectly chilled bottles of champagne and prosecco to decadent celebration cakes and chocolates, and even teddy bears for their youngest clients.
There’s even the option for agents to pen a personalised message to accompany the special surprise, which will then await guests onboard. Agents simply have to choose the preferred present from the catalogue and complete the online form, and Celebrity Cruises team will take care of the rest.
Alternatively, agents will remain able to redeem their Rewards Points on a treat for themselves, as a thank you for their continued hard work and support. Travel partners can choose to redeem points directly onto their Rewards Mastercard or choose from a range of items such as gift vouchers and electronics.

This is paired with increased support via the contact centre and its revised opening hours, with reopening on Sundays. The contact centre will now be open on Monday to Friday between 9am and 8pm, Saturdays between 9am and 6pm, and Sundays between 10am and 5pm.
