Brenda Morgan has been appointed to the position of Head of Business Development at City of Derry Airport

Brenda Morgan has been appointed to the position of Head of Business Development at City of Derry Airport.

With 30 years in the aviation and travel industry, Brenda brings a unique wealth of experience working across airlines, airports and the wider travel industry to her new role.

Her extensive knowledge of the Northern Ireland market will be a key asset at City of Derry (CODA), building on the current route network to deliver improved connectivity for the North West region.

Steve Fraser, Managing Director of City of Derry Airport said: “With this key appointment, we will continue our commitment to improved connectivity and supporting the North West’s economic development.

“Connecting the North West is vital for the success of our regional economy and brings us closer to other important economic hubs across the island of Ireland and the rest of the UK.

“Tourism remains a key focus, Brenda will not only be working closely with our key stakeholders in travel and tourism sector to ensure this fantastic region is accessible to all, but also ensuring we can connect those in the Northwest with the rest of the world.

Speaking about her new role, Brenda said: “I’m absolutely delighted to join the team at City of Derry, connectivity is so important to the N West region and I am so looking forward to contributing to the  Region’s potential and growth.”
