According to latest jobs data from C&M Travel Recruitment, the number of new travel job vacancies spiked by 131% in May 2023, the highest since January, and 2% above May 2019 levels.
Similarly, the number of new candidates jumped by 24% last month.
Barbara Kolosinska, Managing Director at C&M Travel Recruitment, said: “After a fall in activity around the Easter holidays, we’re very pleased to see a big rebound.”
“In particular, it’s great to see so many new travel jobs available. We’re seeing more new roles being created than before the pandemic.”
