The new advisory business has been created to help service organisations simplify operations, improve service and make better use of existing people and systems.
Anthony Collins, Group CEO of Topflight Travel Group brings more than 25 years experience across the travel industry in UK, France and Ireland. Currently employing over 200 people during peak ski season across tour operations, resort services and hospitality including the Ski Beat chalet brand in the French Alps.
Work Better Studio implements practical improvement methods to office and service environments. The focus is on identifying errors in everyday workflows, reducing rework and introducing simple routines that improve productivity and customer experience.
“Most businesses don’t need more processes. They need less friction,” said Anthony Collins, Founder of Work Better Studio. “Alot of time gets burned in rework, unclear ownership and processes that have grown messy over time. My job is to help teams simplify how they work so they get more done, with fewer headaches.”
Along with advisory work, Work Better Studio will also develop online learning tools and resources for teams looking to improve performance without large scale transformation programmes.
