He has a passion for the travel industry, deep experience in the sector, and a real understanding of the benefits of being an ABTA member. This, along with his strategic experience and his commitment to delivering a premium service for businesses, makes Roberto well-placed to take over the Head of Membership role and provide exceptional support to our members.”
Roberto Balasco said: “I am really looking forward to this wonderful opportunity, joining ABTA as Head of Membership. I look forward to meeting our members at events, supporting them and seeing how we can further engage with ABTA members through new strategic ideas.”
ABTA has over 1,120 businesses in membership trading under more than 4,300 brands. Benefits of membership include the strong ABTA brand, access to expertise on legal, sustainability and operational matters including health, safety and security.
