In a statement the company said: “We regret to inform you that Thomas Cook has ceased Trading.
“Our Crisis Team will be dealing with all bookings affected, and will contact you shortly. We will be dealing with bookings in date order.
“The JTA Crisis Team are here to offer any support required to assist with customers due to travel.
“Our Crisis Team can be contacted on 0121 508 5026. Monday to Friday 0900 – 1800 and Saturday 1000-1700. Our Out of Hours Emergency number is 0121 450 9270.”
