They need to strengthen their Customer Care Team – the front-line team who take calls, answer questions, and make bookings.
As such they invite applications if you have the following:
A team player who is ready to go that extra mile for direct customers, travel agency partners and are also able to support their fellow team members.
Knowledge of the Travel Solutions product and experience of Amadeus would be an advantage – however, training will be given if you have the right attitude.
Be able to work under pressure and at the same time maintain the highest level of service.
