Highlighting what was on offer, Travel Solutions Peter McMinn said: “The school half term is the busiest week of the ski season and we are seeing a continuing demand from skiers for holidays over this period”.
He continued: “Our Balkan Ski charter flight sold out a long time ago, but we have been able to meet demand by offering holidays from Dublin. In addition, we have increased the number of seats to Romania which has proven very popular as the destination becomes more familiar to the Irish ski market.”
Launched a few months ago, Travel Solutions also feature Sierra Nevada in southern Spain as a new ski destination. Commenting on sales, Peter said: “Sierra Nevada sales are meeting expectations and to meet the half term demand we have our own charter flight operating over this busy week. The flight is more than 60% sold and we have no doubt if will operate full.”
Travel Solutions operate weekly flights to Bulgaria and Romania during the winter ski season with flights for Sierra Nevada operating on selected dates between January and Easter.
