Travel Caution Continues in the Midst of Storm Ciara

Travellers should check status of their planes, trains and automobiles as Storm Ciara blusters on

Over the weekend, the UK has been hit by storm Ciara with winds of up to 100mph. Ciara has caused travel disruption, flooding and structural damage to buildings.

Dozens of flights have been cancelled, train services have been suspended and drivers urged to take extra caution on roads.

Caution is advised through today and travellers are advised to contact their airline or travel provider before setting out on their journey.

Yellow warning still in place across NI – strong winds, heavy snow/ice – the warning is currently in place until 11.02.2020
