Translink Services to Operate as Normal Today 

The public transport service have stated that they plan to run services as normal today whilst working alongside partner agencies for further updates on disruption.

Translink have urged that passengers allow more time for their journeys today, Tuesday 14th April, amidst travel disruption due to planned fuel protests across the province.

Speaking to The Irish News, a Translink spokesperson said: “Translink is currently planning to operate bus and rail services as per schedule.

“We are working closely with partner agencies to assess the possibility of fuel protests at various locations and have contingency arrangements in place should they be required.

“Customers are advised to leave extra time for their journey and keep up to date using the Translink Journey planner app, Translink website and via Translink socials.

“Traffic updates are also available on the @TrafficwatchNI website.”
