Lough Erne Resort has been named the highest-ranked resort in Northern Ireland in Golf World’s inaugural Top 100 Luxe Resorts Europe ranking.
The luxurious Fermanagh resort secured an impressive 33rd place in the prestigious new list, which recognises resorts across Continental Europe, Great Britain and Ireland.
The latest accolade follows another major recognition earlier this year, when Lough Erne Resort climbed 11 places to secure the 65th position in Golf World’s Top 100 Golf Resorts in the World ranking.
Its acclaimed Faldo Course, designed by Sir Nick Faldo, was recently ranked among Golf World’s Top 10 Parkland Courses in Great Britain and Ireland, while the Castle Hume Course has hosted 10 Ulster PGA Championships and remains a favourite among golfers of all abilities.
